We are happy to present the premier vinyl release of Puhgeez. The Buffalo beat maker and rhyme specialist was discovered by fellow Buffalo native Soilpimp. As a natural catalyst, Soilpimp connected Puhgeez with drummer/music producer Skinny Pablo. A collaboration was conceived. The result is something spectacularly mellow and introspective, perhaps best paired with a glass of Puligny Montrachet.

"I'm somewhere off the Map with it; I'll be right back in a minute." The lyrics from Puhgeez resonated deeply with Skinny Pablo. For the past 9 months, Skinny has been attending his artist residency in the village of Sankt Aldegund, Germany—an isolated village, quite off the map. Skinny was inspired and placed Puhgeez's vocals on a very special instrumental for this vinyl-only Remix.

The beat was first conceived circa 2023 when Skinny sampled a batch of 45s from Soilpimp's record collection, featuring sonics from the rarest of Gospel cuts.
