One year after the 2023 debut of Paris Mosel, a reinterpretation of this song emerges. Conway the Machine, the Grimiest of All Time, graciously provides rhymes upon the rhythms. Themes of drugs, violence, crime, fashion, and fortune echo through the musical collage.

The fifth song on the soundtrack of Paris Mosel is titled Montmartre. It was beneath Sacre de Cœr, at Montmartre Recording Studios in Paris, where Skinny recorded the drums for this tune. The recordings were transformed sonically using an Elektron Octatrack. Saturated in reverberation, sprinkled with spacey Mellotron guitar samples, lazers, and bass, a beat was born. The sonic result is the equivalent of consuming too many quaaludes.

This recording was mixed and mastered in the Mosel at the Sankt Aldegund Studio in Feb. 2024.
