SOILPIMP Collection
Paris Mosel, perhaps the first album to coin the term — Terroir music.
It was summertime in the Mosel. soilpimp presented Skinny Pablo with the idea: to compose a record at Ulli Stein’s Haus Waldfrieden, during the harvest. They all agreed.
Skinny made the decision to use the time between summer and harvest in Paris — a city he had never been to before, with a beauty that offered much inspiration.
The term Paris Mosel was coined for the musical journey.
This excerpt from Paris Mosel allows a deeper look into the production of the record, featuring dozens of musical ideas unearthed from Skinny’s archive.
